唔想係海旁D海鮮店同人迫餐死,可以唸下行過少少,行過兩條街食通記。
都係個句Yandy係海邊長大,食海鮮食到大,但自從開始滑浪、潛水之後因為對保育認識更深,而定會盡量跟返WWF可持續海鮮個LIST去食,不過好多餐廳都無標示來源,而通記有樣好就係你可以自己買海鮮俾佢幫你煮,咁就萬無一失啦!

玩完一日熱辣辣,一坐底先黎個★ 龍蝦刺身拼盤,龍蝦肉就唔多,但都幾有咬口兼新鮮,加埋金箔係面,淨係上菜個下都已經夠哂睇頭啦:)
加埋其他刺身,每人都分到唔少架!

生冷野我唔多受得,食完即刻飲返碗湯暖下肚,湯幾夠火喉,又甜又足料,不過鐘意飲湯既話就真係唔多夠喉啦!

一黎到已經非常肚仔餓,黎個芝士伊面打定個底先慢慢食,龍蝦充滿香濃芝士味,咬落啖啖肉,不過識得食一定係食伊面,伊面先係吸收哂日月精華既重頭戲:)

又大又肥美既蝦,豉油味非常,裡裡外外都散發豉油混合蝦既鮮香味,連殼都可以啜一餐。

大大隻賴尿蝦好易就開到肉出黎,食完豉油食椒鹽,唔一樣既鮮度,但同樣想啜埋個殼XD

經過好上火既兩道菜,黎個簡簡單單既蒸魚,蒸既時間岩岩好,魚肉唔腥又嫩滑。

壓軸出場既係呢個黃金鮑魚,第一次食咁整既鮑魚,入口好香蛋黃味,慢慢咬鮑魚既鮮味,仲好爽口彈牙,食海解有鮮味之餘仲有層次感。

最後個飯我已經飽死左食唔落,友人表示非常多海鮮,好足料咁話。
菜呢,清一清飽濟感,炒得香口又唔太油。

★ 精美果盤
最後甜品有芒果布甸同西瓜,芒果布甸太吸引,唔記得影已經落左肚XD好滑好香芒果味,西瓜清清甜甜。
價錢大概$500位,唔係特別抵,但唔會係遊客價,食材新鮮,煮得亦有水準,去到西貢唔想同人迫,呢間係好選擇,下次睇睇可唔可以自備海鮮就食得更環保:)
